Warehouse Team leader

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Previous Experience Essential
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license
  • 21 days paid holiday not including bank holidays
  • Previous experience as a warehouse team leader
  • Supporting warehouse supervisor and covering holidays running the warehouse in supervisors absence
  • Receiving deliveries signing for correct items
  • Picking correct stock ready for dispatch
  • Packing and labelling orders
  • Tiding and organising stock
  • Liaising with courier drivers ensure collections happen on time

Previous warehouse experience essential.

Customer Service / Sales Administrator

21 days paid holiday not including bank holidays

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a varied workload as part of a busy energetic team
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Ownership online chat
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Product Training Offered
  • Holiday Cover Varied Job Roles

Skills Required:

  • PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook essential).
  • Confident Telephone Manner
  • Attention to Detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Desire to learn
  • Good standard of written English and maths.

Previous office experience essential.

Web Content Administrator

Salary dependent on experience

21 days paid holiday not including bank holidays

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing all on page product information including e-commerce content, product images, product descriptions, pricing, product codes etc
  • Using Microsoft excel to manage product information and import directly into the website.
  • Manipulating/resizing and optimising images for the web
  • Managing a varied workload as part of a team to meet deadlines and challenges
  • Familiarity with Google Shopping and Merchant Center would be an advantage

Skills Required:

  • IT literate with knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook essential).
  • Good working knowledge of Excel including formulas etc
  • Knowledge of Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of content management systems such as Shopify/Magento beneficial
  • Excellent spelling and grammar and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a web administration role - ecommerce or an online retailer would be advantageous.
